In the end, I was glad that Laila wasn't in the top 2 (and so were the other stamping ladies). We all failed to understand what the judges meant when they said that she had such an "it" factor every time she danced. We thought she was 'ok'. Alana was above and beyond thrilled that Apollo took it and I agree in theory, he was by far the best ballroom dancer. However, Joey Fatone really took it better than I would have since he was such a good performer. and I cannot help but mention that Steve Sanders being blocked out of the finals was upsetting to me and most of the class who graduated from West Beverly in 1993.
