I'm really enjoying the new Showtime series The Tudors. The characters are good, production values are quite nice and the plot & pacing are great.
I'm looking forward to the next few episodes. The first 3 are available on demand now.

I wish we had Showtime (or Comcast I guess). I've asked Matthew to download them for me.
Showtime's premiere of The Tudors drew a 869,000 total viewers on Sunday night at 10p, and another 404,000 for its 11pm airing, marking the pay-TV network's biggest premiere night in the past three years. Showtime currently has 14.5 million subscribed nationwide.
I will abstain from commenting on this show until I have seen at least 2 episodes lest I make the mistake BGH made when stating that the BDs was the best show he had ever seen on tv after the pilot.
additionally:
Showtime is looking to next season and has already picked up an additional season of The Tudors, as well as This American Life, both of which have only just begun their freshman seasons. According to Variety, Showtime has also picked up a series starring Tracy Ullman with a working title State of the Union, with Ullman portraying a variety of characters. Thus far, Showtime has ordered five episodes of Ullman's series.
