I was in Vegas a week or so ago and ate dinner at Aureole in the MGM. It was spectacular. Charlie Parker does a nice job. The wine angel concept alone is so quintessentially Vegas that coupled with the tablet PC driven wine list (necessitated by the shear volume of wines) the stage is really set for a kick ass 9 course tasting menu.
Still haven't made it to the French Laundry despite proximity.
